ABOUT US

Dingo Filmworks is a vibrant animation studio founded by the two of us, Danny Lyons and Darren Nichols in January 2023. With a strong vision and a passion for storytelling, we have brought our talents together to create a company that would leave a lasting impact on the animation industry.

 

We are responsible for several animated franchises and they all consist of Band Davion, SDH Triplicity, LA Gals, The Hungrycats Crew, The Universal Artists and so much more. Each of these franchises showcases the studio's versatility and commitment to producing content that resonates with audiences of all ages.

 

The name "Dingo" is a portmanteau of our nicknames, Dinky and Pogo. The fusion of our identities reflects the studio's creative spirit and collaborative nature. As we expand our portfolio and influence, we remain at the heart of a studio that is not only known for its innovative storytelling but also for the personal touch that makes the studio truly special.

 

NB: The studio used to be called Lyons-Nichols when the company was first founded, and the rename was effectuated due to an unfortunate incident involving a tamper with a private family household.
